Financing of the acquisition of a portfolio of five supermarkets and two adjacent gas stations valued at around €30mn. The assets have an aggregated surface of 25,000 sqm and are located in Andalucía and Melilla. The assets are operated by Family Cash, a Spanish group with a more than 10 years of experience, more than 40 assets and around 4.000 employees.
