Why Izilend?

Following the 2008 crisis, there was a regulatory change in financial institutions. This made it impossible to finance a significant part of the real estate business by financial institutions, which has driven the emergence of new players in the market by offering alternative financing.

The Alternative Financing sector has experienced great growth in recent years. Therefore, in 2009 Law 2/2009, of 31 March, and more recently Law 5/2019, of 15 March, entered into force with the aim of regulating the sector of Alternative Financing and Real Estate Credit in Spain.
